What days and times do you delivery?

For local deliveries by our trucks, we deliver on Monday and Thursdays or Tuesday and Fridays depending our your zip code. For Shipping, you will be notified what day the package is arriving and when it is delivered you will receive another notice that the package is at your door.

Do I need to purchase a cooler bag?

If you purchase meals on our A LA CARTE menu it is recommended that you purchase a cooler bag for your delivery in the "EXTRA" Section of our menu. If you are signing up for a subscription (recurring delivery) you do not need to purchase a cooler bag, we will drop off bags and ice packs each week. Before your next deliver please leave both the bag and the ice pack out for us to exchange. If the bags & ice packs are not returned we will charge a $10 fee for the bag each week. Alternatively, you can leave your own cooler outside for us to utilize or make arrangements with us to leave in a garage refrigerator.

Can you leave in our garage refrigerator?

Yes. If you leave us directions for access we can leave in your garage or your home. We can also deliver to your work or gym if more convenient.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick your order at our retail cafe at 771 Airport Pulling Road, we are open until 5pm Mon - Fri. You can also check if there are other locations we are currently serving that may be closer to your location, such as a gym or other facility. All meals are available for pick up or delivery after 2pm on day they are made.

How are the meals prepared?

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume by professional chefs. Our amazing team of chefs use all local ingredients, grass-fed meat and wild-caught seafood.

Which meal plan is right for me?

We offer a wide variety of meal plans., depending on your dietary preferences. Meals are chef's choice (we pick them based on what ingredients are freshest that week) and change weekly: Keto: meat, fish, vegetables, very low carb, high fat. Traditional: meat, fish, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian: beans, legumes, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat Vegan/Plant Base: beans, legumes, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat, seafood, eggs or animal products of any kind and cheese. Gluten Free: Excludes all wheat

How does billing work and how far in advance do I need to order?

There are no contracts or minimum commitments. You can choose a la carte or a subscription service. A la carte is a one time delivery. The subscriptions run weekly, two weeks or monthly for continual meal delivery. The subscriptions automatically renew, once you receive the renewal notice you can choose your meals. You can also skip a delivery or cancel at any time before the cutoff. The lead time for a delivery is two days, so for a Monday delivery you will need to order Saturday by 5PM.

Is there any cooking involved?

No, the meals come fully prepared and ready to heat. They are free of preservatives so they should be eaten or frozen upon receiving them. The containers can be used in the oven or microwave.

Can I try the food before signing up for a subscription?

Yes! If you are local, we have a 20 seat cafe located at 771 Airport Pulling Road in Naples, no reservation required. We are open from 10:00 - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday. Our lunch menu is also on line. You can also order through GrubHub, UberEats, Bite Squad or Door Dash.

Can I choose my meals each week on the subscription meal plan?

Yes! You can choose your meals each week as long as you log in and select them two days ahead of delivery, otherwise the system will choose your meals based on your preferences.
